N\u00e5r vi arbejder med mennesker i pleje og omsorg, m\u00f8der vi seksuelle problemstillinger. Det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at forholde sit til – b\u00e5de alene og i personalegruppen. Hvis I kender til udfordringer i m\u00f8det med borgernes seksuelle problemstillinger,\n kan jeg anbefale jer et kursus i  personalegruppen. Her f\u00e5 I et f\u00e6lles sprog for at v\u00e6re professionel i arbejdet med intimitet. Det betyder, at I f\u00e5r lettere ved at tale om det, s\u00e5 det ikke bliver et problem for den enkelte\n medarbejder, men i stedet bliver et fagligt omr\u00e5de, I sammen forholder jer til. Jeg hj\u00e6lper jer med at f\u00e5 viden og redskaber til at forts\u00e6tte og udvikle jeres arbejde med at tilgodese borgernes seksuelle trivsel efter kurset<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Kurset er en blanding af opl\u00e6g og \u00f8velser med jeres partner.<\/p>\n

Alle \u00f8velser er rettet mod at styrke k\u00e6rlige b\u00e5nd, tryghed og fortrolighed som fundament for n\u00e6rhed og samh\u00f8righed i jeres parforhold.<\/p>\n

I vil l\u00e6re at forst\u00e5 og bryde jeres negative m\u00f8nstre og I vil f\u00e5 redskaber til at h\u00e5ndtere konflikter.<\/p>\n
